    We do not receive or store full credit-card numbers.

  • Email & hosting providers (e.g., Proton Mail for email; site hosting/CDN/security services) may log delivery, analytics, and security data.

  • Analytics/antifraud tools (if enabled) help protect our store and improve performance.


2) How we use your information

  • To process orders: take payment, deliver products, send confirmations/updates.

  • To provide support: respond to questions, handle returns, and resolve issues.

  • To personalize & improve: maintain your cart, remember settings, and improve the Site.

  • To send marketing (only if you opt in): product updates, promotions, and news. You can unsubscribe anytime.

  • To comply with law: tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.


3) Sharing your information

We don’t sell your personal information.

  • Payment processors (e.g., Square) to securely process your payment. Your payment details are handled by the processor under their own policies.

  • Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your info may transfer under this same policy.


4) Cookies & tracking

We use cookies (and similar technologies) for:

  • Strictly necessary: cart, checkout, account login, security.

  • Performance/analytics: understand traffic and improve the Site.

  • Preferences: remember choices like currency/region.

  • Marketing (only if enabled): measure campaign effectiveness.

You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may impact site features (e.g., keeping items in your cart).

Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.


5) Payment processing

We use third-party processors (e.g., Square) to handle payments. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. If a payment fails or is flagged, we may receive a status code/reason to help resolve it.

We keep information only as long as needed:

  • Orders & tax records: typically 7 years (or as required by law).

  • Accounts: until you delete your account or ask us to remove your data (subject to legal retention).

  • Support messages: as long as needed to assist you.

  • Marketing: until you unsubscribe or your email bounces.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information (e.g., HTTPS, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please keep your account password private and use a strong, unique password.

The data we collect about you

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
